2User Account Responsibilities
When registering on our student portals or utilizing our services, you guarantee that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or are represented by an approved parent or legal guardian.
- All digital uploads, school records, personal details, and banking proofs are valid, genuine, and legally yours.
- You will keep portal access keys, login IDs, and files secure and assume responsibility for actions taken under your credentials.
3Payment & Refund Policy
Our financial relationship is governed by clarity, transparency, and standard professional business practices:
- Consultations: The initial 30-minute counseling assessment is provided completely free of charge.
- Tuition & Service Packages: Fees for English Language batches, specialized visa documentation guidance, and preparation courses must be cleared according to individual invoice dates.
- Non-Refundability: General administrative charges, university registration deposits, and academy batch fees are non-refundable once classes commence or application filings are processed.
- Installments: Installment concessions are granted on designated counseling programs and are legally binding under local promissory terms.
4Visa Decisions (No Guarantee)
Mentor Mind Pathway provides expert advisory support and ensures the best formatting of files; however, the final outcome of university admissions and student visas is entirely under the control of the respective foreign universities and governmental embassies. We issue NO GUARANTEE of admission or visa approvals under any circumstances.
We are not responsible for financial loss, travel adjustments, or career interruptions resulting from an embassy delay, quota modifications, or visa refusal decisions.
5Intellectual Property
All materials distributed by our academy, including proprietary IELTS practice papers, mock exam booklets, portal software codes, logos, website texts, and digital brand visuals, are the exclusive intellectual property of Mentor Mind Pathway.
You may not copy, reprint, distribute online, or commercially exploit any proprietary study assets without written consent from our executive board.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Mentor Mind Pathway, its corporate directors, counselors, and instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Embassy visa rejection decisions or delay in application reviews.
- Intentional or unintentional misrepresentations of records by the student.
- Delays in international shipping, courier damage, or internet portal downtime.
7Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of your relationship with Mentor Mind Pathway shall be resolved through amicable bilateral discussions. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in Lahore, conducted in English, under the rules of the Pakistan Arbitration Act, 1940.
8Termination of Services
We reserve the right to immediately terminate counseling representation, block website portals, and cancel academy enrollment without refund if:
- You present falsified, altered, or forged documents or financial records.
- You engage in abusive, harassing, or hostile behavior towards our staff or fellow candidates.
